We understand buying a guitar is personal so we allow you 7 days to return the item.

Terms and Conditions of Returns:

(1) In the case of shipping damage, you agree to cooperate with damage claim
(2) No returns if there is damage caused by the customer
(3) You must ask for an RMA number; it must be repacked the same as it was received
(4) Policy applies to shipments in USA only; conditions apply for international shipments
(5) For new merchandise, warranty coverage applies first

The 7 day return period does not start until you receive the item, and runs through the date that you send the guitar back.
